PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. This fun, intense, yet LOW IMPACT, MODIFIED workout is set to upbeat music. No matter your age, gender, fitness level or body type, PiYo will deliver a true fat-burning workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. That?s right, no weights, no jumps, just hardcore results. *ALL fitness levels are welcome, and although many Gentle PiYo will poses will be modified, intermediate and advanced poses will be demonstrated, as well. Bring your yoga mat, water, a towel to wipe your sweat and wear comfortable clothes you can move around in.
