Because of our Construction Management expertise and background, the Owner can still reap the benefits of RWG by allowing us to become involved in the early stage of design. With an initial contractor fee and general requirements costs agreed upon in advance, RWG can commence estimating and scheduling prior to final production of construction documents by the design team. Our books are open for review and we welcome project audits by the Client.
If desired, RWG can effectively hard bid an Owner's work. We are very familiar with value engineering and cost savings ideas. Our background in fast track construction allows us to identify critical path schedule items yet proceed in an orderly and timely fashion. Although RWG, as a General Contractor, provides only the construction phase of the project, we still
consider ourselves service providers with the product being the result of our attention to time, cost and quality. Our personnel are trained to work with developers, designers and Owner on-site representatives.
We realize team members are not to be adversaries which typically results in a large portion of our success.
RWG provides effective budgeting, scheduling and cost accounting resulting in control of the development process. We have found by keeping the lines of communication open between the team members, delivery of the building process can actually become an efficient response to problems/challenges.
