DESCRIPTION:Free trianing for citizens\, teachers\, and peace officers.  Retired DPS Inspector Marx Howell will teach the RED FLAGS of church\, school\, and work place.  Learn the behavioral characteristics of a potential coming storm in churches\, schools\, work and public places. Understanding\, recognizing and identifying behavioral indicators (precursor behaviors   "RED FLAGS") which will provide individuals as well as supervisors\, teachers and administrators with the knowledge to identify a potential threat by an angry person. Violence can be from an internal and/or external threat (disgruntled or ex employee). When violence from the X FACTOR (boyfriend\, girlfriend\, husband\, wife\, significant other or business competitor) bleeds over into the church\, school\, or workplace it can be dangerous for both the victim and uninvolved bystanders. This information will equip the attendee with the knowledge to recognize potentially dangerous and threatening situations that leadership needs to be informed about. Some ideas will be provided about what to do should you be caught up in a storm.
