SUMMARY:Antiques at the Pavilions
DESCRIPTION:Our non-profit organization has a 9\,000 square foot covered Pavilion in which we are renting dealer spaces out for the Fall/Spring antique shows. Only 10 miles east of Round Top on Highway 290\, Burton is in a perfect location to attract customers traveling from the Houston area\, as they pass right by Burton on their way to Round Top -Warrenton. The Pavilion spaces will be available to rent from October 19th-25th from 9am to 5pm. We are offering 15'x20' and 10'x10' spaces for vendors. The Pavilion is well-lit\, has adjoining restrooms\, and electricity is available. 15'x20' spaces will be $250 for the week\, and 10'x10' spaces will be $150. Electricity will come with an additional $50 charge for the week. In addition\, we may be able to accommodate RV spaces for vendors during their rental for an additional fee and upon prior arrangement.
