DESCRIPTION:Have you always wanted to help kids in foster care but never had the opportunity?\n\n\n\nAs a CASA volunteer\, you are not a foster parent. You are not CPS. You are a consistent presence in a child's life as they go through the foster care system. You are there to speak up for their best interest in court\, and help them find a safe\, permanent home as quickly as possible.\n\n\n\nTo learn more about the role of a CASA volunteer\, attend a 45 minute information session held at the CASA for Kids office located at 2309 South Day St.\, Brenham\, TX 77833.\n \n\nA light lunch will be provided.
