DESCRIPTION:After a day on the Round Top Wine Trail\, sit back for a seasonal farm fresh family-style multi course meal prepared by Chef Brian and Amanda Light of Ronin Cooking. Hosted by Brad & Jenny Stufflebeam of Home Sweet Farm\, the menu will be sourced within 50 miles and the story of your food given by Farmer Brad\, highlighting our local farmers.  Live music\, house wine and Texas craft beer is provided with the meal.\nCHEF BRIAN and AMANDA LIGHT: Their hope is to share a deeper understanding\, appreciation\, and connection to our food. Using only fresh and local ingredients are of the utmost importance. They strive to utilize produce from their own garden and from local and organic farmers and ranchers.\n\n\n\nEvent Organizers / Farmer BRAD and JENNY STUFFLEBEAM "A local food pioneer in the Lone Star State"\, Farmer Brad has served as President of the Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Assoc.\, Advisory Board Member for USDA Southern SARE\, President of the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance and featured in numerous books and articles relating to the local food economy.  In 2012 he received the Houston Mayor's Award: Champion of Food Justice and Washington County's 2015 Small Business of the Year.
