DESCRIPTION:Friday nights Steak Shoot-out has a $1\,000 cash prize for first place\, sponsored by D.I. Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings.  Second place is $500 sponsored by Cattleman?s Supply\, and third is $250 donated by Box J Quarter Horses.  Friday night will also have the margarita judging.\n\nSaturday?s contests include the Chicken\, Pork Ribs\, Brisket\, Beans\, and Chef?s Choice.  Awards will be presented Saturday at 6 p.m.\, after all of the competitions.\n\nTeam registration is $100 through tomorrow (Friday)\, going up to $125 after that.
