Administrative Assistant

Company is looking to add a well-organized administrative assistant/billing clerk. The position is in the wholesale fuel industry and is based in the Brenham, Tx area. In this role, you will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering phones to analyzing and process billing data into Industry specific software.  This includes reviewing and maintaining billing, preparing billing and/or invoices, coordinating the processing of bills and ensuring client guidelines are followed. This is a hands-on position that involves working within a team-oriented and client-centered environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication, critical thinking, and client support service skills. This role is a challenging and multi-faceted opportunity where effort is rewarded.
Job duties
Front desk support
Answering heavy call volumes
Taking & delivering messages
Waiting on walk-in cliental
Prepare daily report
Practical knowledge of data entry, document management, creation
Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary
Ability to work with spreadsheets and internet applications.
Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Able to work under pressure, independently as well as with a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills is a must.
Highly responsive to emails and requests for information.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing  
Good understanding of Computer Data Entry
