CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
$17.00 per hour
 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Process customer orders received through email and EDI and distribute to scheduling and shipping departments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Professional and accurate communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Learn manufacturing processes and products to provide the knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Review customer open order reports to ensure internal system aligns with customer requirements.
  • Acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints/issues.
  • Analyze customer forecast/demand and communicate changes to materials team.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, concerns as well as any actions and resolutions taken.
  • May work on special projects/assignments upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent data entry skills a must
  • SAP experience desired
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication and written skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
