MACHINE MECHANIC
Monday - Friday,
11:00 pm - 7:00 am, mandatory overtime and weekends as needed
$15.00 - $26.00 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on equipment and takes corrective action
- Makes necessary adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
- Reviews production schedule to accommodate necessary changeovers or scheduled maintenance
- Monitors printers during production hours and run cycles
- Cleans printers in accordance with work instruction
- Tests equipment following repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
- Schedules preventative maintenance checks
- Communicate to production staff about recurring equipment malfunctions and provide corrective action solutions; request parts/supplies as needed
- Maintain the wastewater treatment area (training provided)
- Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others
- Maintains a clean work area at all time
- Ensures compliance with Food Safety Standards (SQF Code) throughout manufacturing facility
- May assist in training production personnel or other team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS?
- Maintenance mechanic experience
- Excellent attendance record
