QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR
INSPECTOR
Monday - Thursday
8:00 pm - 6:45 am
$16.44 per hour + $1.00 shift differential
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Inspect all molded products in line with customer requirements, drawings, etc.
- Inspect all first offs in a timely fashion to air the lift performance of the area
- Audit of work at press in line with company procedures
- Ensure patrol audits are carried out in a timely fashion, reporting any non-conformances immediately to the Cell Leader
- Load and unload ovens as and when required
- Work in-line with all relevant SOP's/Job card requirements
- Ensure a start / end of shift hand-over is carried out passing on any relevant information regarding works in process
- Housekeeping of own area
- Book all work within Syteline/DLP/filing work completed in order
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs respective to department in terms of efficiency, quality, and health and safety
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice
- Must have a good working knowledge of basic math
- Must work assigned schedule and adhere to company timekeeping policy

- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach with arms
- Frequent manipulation of fingers and hands
- Lift 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
