Spherion Staffing has an amazing opportunity for a BIM Modeler to work with a major employer in Bryan/College Station!

BIM Modeling is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility. 360 models are built by a design team, with each team (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) providing a drawing of their trades specifications.

Ability to work in the office and attend planning meetings and troubleshoot
Experience inputting data and projects in the cloud
Experience with Novis Works preferred
1-2 years experience required in MEP trade
Salary DOE, starting at $55,000, with the potential to earn up to $85,000 for experienced candidates
A degree is not required, work experience will suffice
