ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Move through plant checking for forklift traffic
• Keep all Gaylords Baled up and check Balers to ensure wire levels are maintained
• Assist in trouble shooting operational equipment in his/her area
• Ensure work area is kept neat and clean
• Develop methods to ensure good process flow
• Ability to work with others, take direction, take ownership for producing quality work, while supporting process improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Tolerate a non-climate environment
