$13.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform all duties of current work instructions
- Always keep an eye on the Conveyor System.
- Follow all procedures if a Box Jam, Tape Machine or Conveyor Malfunction occurs
- Ensure all boxes are properly taped prior to being placed on pallets
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
- Perform tasks according to Safety and Quality standards
- Complete Quality Inspections and ensures quality checks are being performed and recorded at the prescribed times. Ensure there are no damaged cases, and all corner labels are in good condition
- Ensures corner labels and documentation is filled out properly and completely
- Complete Tagging Checklist
- Troubleshoot pallet errors, recognize when to complete Tagging Hold Slips, and report to Help desk/Warehouse Manager
- Assist in trouble shooting operational equipment in his/her area
- Ensure work area is kept neat and clean
- Develop methods to ensure good process flow
- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to determine shift priorities and take the necessary actions to prepare for the required tasks
- Ability to work with others, take direction, take ownership for producing quality work, while supporting process improvements
- Required to attend meetings as requested
- Responsible for general housekeeping of their work area
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
