This event will feature keynote speaker U.S. Army Corporal Milton McNeil of Somerville, Waller High School Air Force ROTC Cadets posting and retiring Colors, a student essay reading from this year's Memorial Day Essay Contest "Why I'm Proud to be an American", musical tributes and more.
