Are You Aging Gracefully?
Lifetime Learning Lecture: M. Elia (Smiley) Flores, MEd. Texas A&M, is the Director of the Radiologic Technology Program at Blinn College. Graceful aging requires the "serenity to accept the things we cannot change; courage to change the things we can; and wisdom to know the difference". Certainly acceptance of aging is a key in aging gracefully - but which of the changes that come with aging are "things we cannot change" and which are "things we can change?".
