Beginning Wellness
Let the BBAC aid you in your rehabilitation. There is no better way to loosen and relax tight muscles in between your rehab sessions or after a stressful day the enjoying some warm water stretching and slow exercises in our warm water pool. So weather you are doing rehab after a surgery or injury, or if you are trying to relieve some stiffness from going to hard at the gym, this is the class for you! These classes are instructed by Debra Healy.
