Christmas at the Depot and Country Homes Tour

The Sarah Circle of St. John's United Church of Christ will be having their annual Christmas Country Homes Tour in conjunction with the Burton Heritage Society on Sunday, December 7th. The event will kick-off at 11am at the historic Burton Railroad Depot where the Heritage Society will serve Railroad Stew, Conductor Chili and Passenger Potato Soup from 11am to 1pm. Cost of the meal is $8 for adults, $5 for kids 6 - 12, and children under the age of 6 are free.

From 1 pm to 5 pm the homes will be open and the cost of the home tour is $10 for adults and children under 12 are free. All proceeds go to maintain the Burton Depot and Mt. Zion Historical Chapel and to help needy needy families in the Burton area.

Home tour tickets are available from any Sarah Circle member or at the Depot on the day of the tour. You pay for your food at the door.

Help support the Lake Loons Annual Christmas Toy Run by bringing an unwrapped children's gift and dropping it off at the Depot.
