Community Health Fair
Baylor Scott and White Medical Center's Community Wellness & Diabetes Center invites you to a Community Health Fair.

Basic package includes these screenings:
Cholestech Cholesterol Screening - Includes Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides and Glucose, Weight, Blood Pressure/Pulse ($20).
Basic package is FREE for employees and spouse.
Optional/Screening services:
- TD - Recommended every 10 years ($37)
- TDAP - A one-time immunization that protects against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis. Now recommended for adults not previously vaccinated. ($47)
- Pneumonia - Recommended for people 65 years or older and for history of chronic disease. ($57)
FASTING REQUIRED: Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before with the exception of water. Medications may be taken as prescribed.
