Lifetime Learning Luncheon

Dr. Robert W Gilmer, executive director at the Institute for Regional Forecasting at the University of Houston will speak about the economic outlook for the Houston and Gulf Coast region. He will talk about the economic setback for Houston related to the collapse in exploration and productin of oil, the major construction boom in petrochemiccal and natural gas plants and how this may be enough to keep Houston and Texas out of recession.
