Fees/Admission
Basic Package: Complete blood count, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Glucose, Hemoglobin, Weight, Blood Pressure/Puls, Step Fit Test, and Grip Strength Test ($27) Optional/Screening Services: PSA(Prostatic specific antigen):Recommended every 2 years for men ages 55-69 only ($27) TSH: Thyroid screening ($27) Tetanus Booster: Recommended every 10 years ($37) Tdap: A one-time immunization that protects against pertussis, diphtheria, and tetanus. Now recommended for adults ages 19-65. Must have been two years since last tetanus booster. ($47) FASTING REQUIRED Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before with the exception of water. Water is permitted. Medications may be taken as prescribed.
