WALK WITH A DOC
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps to a healthier lifestyle.
The event begins with a brief 10 minute "health talk". Dr. Andrew de Jong will discuss "Allergies, Sinuses and Springtime Remedies" The discussion is followed by a 30-minute walk. Participants are encouraged to bring friends and family and take part in one walk or the entire series. Water, refreshments, and t-shirts will be available. For more information call (979) 337-7254.
