Home Sweet Farm is hosting a series of pop-up dinners, one of which is with Breaking Bread. This night features local chefs, farmers and industry friends hosting a feast of local meats, fish, produce and wine, in an effort to raise awareness for our local farming community and funds for some of our favorite local and national charities. We look forward to “breaking bread” and celebrating life with good people abound.
