The Laundry Event Hall is a historic 1883 building in the heart of downtown Brenham, Texas, just one hour from Houston and 40 minutes from Cypress. Once an actual laundry facility, the building has been transformed into one of Texas's most unique and affordable wedding and event venues, without losing an ounce of its original character.

Exposed brick, soaring ceilings, industrial details, and a wraparound mezzanine create a backdrop that no modern venue can replicate. The space includes a main reception hall for up to 150 guests, a separate intimate upstairs ballroom, an outdoor patio with string lights, a full bar area, a groom's room, and a gorgeous two-bedroom on-site apartment that serves as your bridal suite and honeymoon night getaway.

We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, making the venue work beautifully in any season. Packages range from a $500 for the upstairs ballroom to $3300 for the whole building and includes a day-of coordinator and overnight stay. We have flexible pricing depending on the space and day of the week.

Open vendor policy means you bring your own catering and alcohol (with TABC-licensed bartending), keeping costs flexible and your choices yours.
