125th Anniversary of Grape Growing in Washington County, Texas
In 1886, Charles Niederauer established a vineyard on the family's 140 acre homestead north of Brenham in Washington County. He planted Herbemont and Black Spanish. Both of these grapes are in the vineyards at Pleasant Hill Winery today. Join us in observing the anniversary on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 (Father's Day). Our special tasting will include our wines made with Black Spanish.
