We will start this class by designing the quilt using 5" pre-cut squares. Each quilt will include over 20 different coordinating fabrics! After the designing process, we will learn to piece the squares into rows then into a quilt top. Next, we will learn to add borders. After fusing the backing and batting to the top, we will machine quilt the layers together. Get ready to snuggle! Finally, we will learn to make our own binding and bind the quilts using mitered corners. Participants will take home a beautiful, keepsake quilt that will be treasured for years! The finished quilt will measure 44" x 52" (baby quilt sized). Bring your own sewing machine! (A few class machines are available for students who are unable to obtain a machine).
