Youth Mental Health First Aid.  

What is it:

• An evidenced-based public education program that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of metal illnesses for youth 
• Builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention.
• Teaches participants how to offer initial help to a youth experiencing a mental health challenge.
• Provides an action plan that can be utilized in crisis and non-crisis situations.

• Parents/Caregivers of youth
• People who work with youth
• Caring Individuals
• Coaches 
• Youth Group Leaders

Seating is limited and lunch is provided.  Registration is required.
