Part-Time Operations & Executive Assistant (Brenham, TX)
We’re a family-owned group of businesses here in Brenham (landscaping, stone supply, event venue, and real estate development), and we’re looking for the right person to step into a key support role across all of them.
This position is a mix of operations, communication, and light creative work—perfect for someone who loves bringing order to moving pieces and supporting growing businesses behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and takes ownership
• Able to juggle multiple projects and follow through
• Comfortable with tech (Google Drive, email, Canva, social platforms, AI)
• Has a good eye for design and can help maintain a consistent brand voice
• Trustworthy with confidential information
Details:
• 20–30 hours/week | Hybrid (some in-person required)
• Starting at $24/hour
• Flexible schedule

You’ll help with admin work, client communication, invoicing, social media, marketing, event support, and keeping things organized across several businesses.
