The Arts Council of Washington County, will kick-off the program of "Who Named America?"  A special flag  for "Texas, 2010 Culture Capital of America" will be presented to the Honorable Mayor of Brenham, Milton Tate , which will be used in all parades in Brenham.   Scouts, ROTC members, presidents of all civic, historical, academic, and civic organizations are invited to bring their flag.
