Dr. Bill Gilmer, Senior Economist and Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will speak at the Lifetime Learning Luncheon on the "Economic Outlook for Texas and the Gulf Coast" Dr. Gilmer's work on the Texas economy has been noted in "The Economist", "Fortune", the "Wall Street Journal", and "The New York Times".
