Join Darrell as we search for wintering sparrows in the historic Washington area. Up to 14 species of sparrows and their allies are possible during this tour. Ducks, geese, cranes, and several species of wrens are also possible during this tour. Meet Darrell by 8am in the parking lot of the Washington on the Brazos SHP visitor’s center. We will carpool from there after birding the park. Bring drinking water, snacks, and pack a lunch.
