Customer Sales Representative
Trailmasters Clearing and Mulching is a young, family-owned and operated business located in Washington County, Texas. The business serves Washington and the surrounding counties, and seeks to grow its customer base in the Agricultural, Real Estate, and Land Development industries. The company is seeking to add a Customer Sales Rep to the team.

The best candidate will clearly demonstrate:

• Technical competence and confidence in learning, with an active knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Exel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Strong personal network and history of working with people on multiple projects/accounts over a period of time
• Comfort and confidence in outside environments, with the ability to collaborate on a project vision for the customer
Requirements:
• High School or Equivalent
• 4-5+ years experience in the areas of land development, agricultural or real estate industries
• Must have professional, reliable transportation (truck preferable) as well as valid Texas Driver’s License. A removeable Trailmasters logo displayed on the vehicle while working is required.
• Must be able to pick up/load equipment and trailers. A CDL and Equipment Operating experience is not a requirement of the job.
• Routine travel within a 60 mile radius is a typical part of the job.
Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Identify and explore target geographical regions for expansion, including attending events and calling on individual businesses and customers in each area regularly.
2. Maintain an accurate customer contact log in a way that all company leadership can access and collaborate to best serve the customers.
3. Learn and enhance the company brand by understanding the needs of the customers, the abilities of the team, and the way that the equipment works.
4. Attend industry-wide events with the team to learn about equipment and evolving technologies. Explain the way that the different pieces of equipment work to potential customers, and advise on possible project plans.
5. Create and collaborate with Operators on project plans using google earth and other mapping software.
6. Document before and after conditions of jobs, for customer understanding on future projects, collaborates with social media and website vendors.
7. Coordinate marketing calendar, and work alongside social media/branding efforts.
8. Organize and prepare for events such as tradeshows, speaking opportunities and educational/community efforts.
9. Create estimates and handle payment collection, in Quickbooks software (current knowledge of Quickbooks is not required.)
10. Maintain a professional, clean office space to represent the company, appropriate for meeting with customers and team.
11. Pick up/load miscellaneous equipment and tools on an occasional basis as needed to support the Operators.
12. Represent the company by wearing branded attire. Professional behavior is required at all times when working and/or representing the company by wearing the Trailmasters brand in any capacity.
