THE ROLE

As a customer Service Representative – Dispatcher, you are the primary coordinator of the day-to-day service, installation, and maintenance schedule. Your role is crucial in organizing, dispatching, and ensuring the efficient and precise completion of tasks. Each day is spent managing inbound customer communications, scheduling appointments, and handling data entry. While in the customer service position, you contribute to our ongoing success in delivering exceptional plumbing services.

This full-time customer service position work from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of plumbing or experience in the trades industry (preferred)
