Summer Missionary Counselor JAM 20204
JAM is an Urban Enrichment Day Camp where kids experience the Gospel, Education, & FUN through:
- Big Group Time: Music, Games, Bible Stories
- Small Group Reinforcement
- Summer Learning: Math, Reading, Writing
- Field Trips
- STEP Competitions
Our summer team is made up Missionary Counselors (MC): a full-time, college aged counselor that serves Christ and this community of kids for 7 weeks straight, in Brenham, TX. Responsibilities include organizing games, crafts, and curriculum for the students while ensuring their safety and well-being. The faith of each MC will be pushed and strengthened through perseverance, fellowship with other college students that they serve alongside with, and through loving our awesome and great God. The labor is hard and the hours are long but the rewards are immeasurable.
