ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Safely transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, storage areas, and shipping/receiving docks.
- Stage materials for production and remove finished products to support efficient workflow.
- Verify products and materials using labels, documentation, and company procedures.
- Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous forklift/material handling experience required.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete inventory transactions.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
