Focusing Families is seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to provide advocacy, support, and resource coordination for individuals and families experiencing crisis situations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing service plans, connecting clients to community resources, maintaining documentation, and providing ongoing support and follow-up services.

Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and experience in social services or related fields preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
