Women’s Wellness Workshop

Women’s Wellness Workshop is for women who have been carrying a lot — stress, caregiving, work, perimenopause, old injuries — and are overwhelmed. It supports how they live in their body, and how that is affecting them day to day.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore simple, intentional movement and nervous system practices that help you:

  • Calm your system when stress appears
  • Rebuild trust with your body to quiet the mental chatter
  • Stay present instead of checked-out or overwhelmed

The design of the workshop series is a grounded, supportive space for women who want to feel better, not just “push harder” through their stress.

Format:
6 weeks – choose either:

  • In-person, 1 day a week (location TBD), or
  • Online via Zoom

Georgia personally designed this workshop based on her education and her own lived experience, and she created it to support other women through that same process of recovery and reconnection.
 

Note for Health & Wellness Professionals

This workshop is not geared toward weight loss, and it is not a group fitness class or personal training program, and it doesn’t focus on hormones. This series is designed to complement, not replace, the fitness and wellness services you already offer.

It’s a nervous-system and movement–based series designed to help women:

  • Handle stress better
  • Feel safer in their bodies
  • Stay consistent with the movement they already do

I’d love to either host the series at your facility or have you share the interest form with your members as a value-add resource.
