Requirements:

  • Full-time position: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Answer phones and follow company policies

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Process returns and handle website orders
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support
  • Maintain strong computer and data entry skills
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a quick learner
  • Assist with writing product descriptions for the website
  • Support customers with product questions and needs
