Customer Service Representative – Job details will be discussed further in person.
Requirements:
- Full-time position: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Answer phones and follow company policies
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Process returns and handle website orders
- Provide excellent customer service and product support
- Maintain strong computer and data entry skills
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a quick learner
- Assist with writing product descriptions for the website
- Support customers with product questions and needs
