The Role

We’re looking for a personable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Guest and Owner Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for both guests and property owners — from reservation to check-out — ensuring a polished and personalized experience every time.
You’ll also work closely with our operations and marketing teams to coordinate property care, guest services, and clear communication across platforms. This is a hybrid role with flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for growth in the luxury rental space.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests and owners
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and special requests across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct channels
  • Coordinate concierge services, transportation, and custom guest experiences
  • Communicate regularly with property owners about upcoming stays, guest feedback, and home readiness
  • Assist with onboarding new properties and supporting quality control
  • Collaborate with marketing to keep messaging aligned and up to date
  • Log activity and updates in Asana and internal systems
  • Visit properties in person as needed and attend company events or conferences

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with multitasking and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Airbnb, Google Workspace, Asana)
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, and Apple OS (MacBook, iPhone)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Based in or near Round Top, TX with the ability to commute to the office at least 2 days per week
  • Willing to travel for occasional property visits and company events
  • Background in hospitality or real estate is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Work Expectations

  • Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM, depending on needs)
  • One Saturday per month required
  • Two holidays per year (scheduled in advance)
  • Hybrid: in-office 2 days per week minimum
  • Full-time with flexibility and responsiveness required during shifts
